En Düşük Trafik Cezası
2022 yılında en düşük trafik cezası, taşıma sınırının üstünde yolcu alan sürücülere 153 TL olarak kesilecek. Araçta telefonla konuşma, emniyet kemerini takmama, muayenesiz araç kullanma ve yanlış park durumlarında kesilen ceza da en düşükler arasında yer alıyor.
Trafik Cezaları Nereye Ödenir?

Trafik cezaları internet üzerinden online ya da belirli kurumlar yoluyla nakit olarak ödenebilir. Plaka, TC kimlik numarası veya vergi kimlik numarası ve tescil tarihini girerek sorgulama yaptıktan sonra ödeme işlemine geçebilirsiniz. Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı’nın İnternet Vergi Dairesi’nin resmi internet sitesinden kredi kartıyla yapılan trafik cezası ödemesinde sırasıyla şu yol izlenmelidir:
Ödemenizi kredi kartıyla yapacaksanız, 02:00-22:00 saatleri arasında sistemi kullanabilirsiniz. Trafik cezası, vergi daireleri, PTT şubeleri ve banka şubeleri yoluyla nakit olarak da ödenebilir.

Trafik Cezasında İndirim Yapılabilir
Araç sürücüleri trafik cezalarını 15 gün içinde ödediği takdirde, %25 indirim uygulanıyor. 15 günü geçen ödenmemiş trafik cezalarında indirim hakkı bulunmuyor. Her ay sonunda gecikmeye giren trafik cezaları, %5 oranında faiz eklenerek artıyor. Bu nedenle kesilen trafik cezasını ilk 15 gün içinde ödemekte fayda var. Bunun dışında trafik cezasında herhangi bir indirim yolu bulunmuyor.
Trafik Cezasına İtiraz Edilebilir
Trafik cezası gıyapta plakaya ve trafik memurunun yüz yüze ceza yazması olmak üzere 2 farklı şekilde kesiliyor. Eğer trafik cezası gıyapta kesilmişse, itiraz süresi cezanın tebliğ edildiği tarihinden itibaren 15 gündür. Ancak trafik memurunun yüz yüze kestiği trafik cezalarında tebliğ tarihi aynı gündür ve 15 günlük itiraz süresi hemen başlar.
Trafik cezalarına itirazlar 15 gün içinde Sulh Ceza Mahkemesi’ne yapılır. İtirazlarda dava dilekçesi, Trafik İdari Para Cezası Karar Tutanağı fotokopisi, Trafik İdari Para Cezası Karar Tutanağı Tebligatı fotokopisi, ruhsat fotokopisi, kimlik ve ehliyet fotokopisinin ibraz edilmesi gerekir. İtirazlarda herhangi bir mahkeme görülmez. Karar, dosyanın incelemesinin ardından verilir.
Trafik Cezası Nereden Sorgulanır?
Sorgulama için Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü’nün resmi internet sitesi üzerinden veya e-devlet üzerinden “trafik cezası borç sorgulama” işlemi yapılabilir. Trafik cezası sorgulama işleminde ad, soyad, TC kimlik numarası ve doğum yılı bilgileri girilerek; Araç Plakasına Yazılan Ceza Sorgulama, Sürücü Belgesine Yazılan Ceza Sorgulama, Tüzel Kişi Ceza Sorgulama ve Otoparka Çekilen Araç Sorgulama bölümlerinden birine tıklanarak sorgulama yapılabilir.

Minimum Traffic Fine
In 2022, the lowest traffic fine will be charged as 153 TL to drivers who take passengers above the transport limit. The fines for talking on the phone in the vehicle, not wearing the seat belt, driving without inspection and incorrect parking are among the lowest.
Where Are Traffic Fines Paid?
Traffic fines can be paid online or in cash through certain institutions. You can proceed to the payment process after making an inquiry by entering the license plate, TR identity number or tax identification number and registration date. In the payment of traffic fines made by credit card from the official website of the Internet Tax Office of the Revenue Administration, the following procedure should be followed, respectively:
If you are going to make your payment by credit card, you can use the system between 02:00 and 22:00. Traffic fines can also be paid in cash through tax offices, PTT branches and bank branches.

Traffic Fines Can Be Discounted
If the drivers pay the traffic fines within 15 days, a 25% discount is applied. Unpaid traffic fines exceeding 15 days are not entitled to a discount. At the end of each month, late traffic fines increase by adding 5% interest. For this reason, it is beneficial to pay the traffic fine within the first 15 days. Apart from this, there is no way to reduce the traffic fine.
Traffic Fines Can Be Appealed
Traffic fines are issued in 2 different ways, one in absentia on the plate and the traffic officer writing a fine face to face. If the traffic ticket is issued in absentia, the objection period is 15 days from the date of notification of the fine. However, for traffic fines issued face-to-face by the traffic officer, the notification date is the same day and the 15-day objection period begins immediately.
Objections to traffic fines are made to the Criminal Court of Peace within 15 days. In the objections, the petition, the photocopy of the Traffic Administrative Fine Decision Report, the photocopy of the Traffic Administrative Fine Decision Report, the photocopy of the license, the photocopy of the identity and driver’s license must be submitted. No court is heard in appeals. The decision is made after the examination of the file.
